Jorge De Silva is a Mexican actor who appeared in telenovelas such as Rosalinda, Clase 406, and Corazon al Limite. He was born on April 21, 1973 in Acapulco, Guerrero. If I remember it right, I think he played the role of Rosalinda’s naughty brother in that particular telenovela. He used to look so young by then.
